1. How can I or my company become a registered Money Manager with Alpari UK?

2. Do I or my company need to be regulated to become a registered Money Manager with Alpari UK?

You may have to be regulated by your local financial services authority to offer Money Manager services in your country. It is your responsibility to check this information before applying to take part in the Money Manager programme

3. What fee and/or commission can I charge my client?

The fee and/or commission you charge your client will be what you agree between you and your client.

4. How does Alpari UK pay fees and/or commission?

If your Money Manager application is successful, you will be allocated an Agent account. The relevant fees/commission due to you will be paid into your Agent account in accordance with the payment option you've chosen.

5. Can Alpari UK accommodate the payment and calculations of the fees I charge for managing accounts?

If you are a registered Money Manager with Alpari UK we will process the fees periodically and they are paid to your Agent account.

6. How long does it take to open an Agent account?

It depends on how quickly you can provide us with the required supporting documents. On average, the process takes a couple of days. Once the documents have been submitted, we will aim to contact you within 24 hours. If you do not get a reply within three working days, please send an email to partnerships@alpari.co.uk.

7. As a Money Manager for my clients' accounts, do I have the right to withdraw the funds on behalf of the clients?

No. The LPOA (Limited Power of Attorney) agreement gives you the right to trade on a client's account but not to withdraw funds.

8. Who is responsible for collecting the client's documents and for opening the accounts?

Your client is responsible for collecting the required documents for opening their Alpari UK account.

9. Will my clients have access to their trading accounts under my management?

Yes, your clients will receive a master and an investor password from us. Clients then have the option to send their master password on to their Money Manager. The investor password enables your client to have full read-only access to the account you manage for the client.

10. Do you offer multiple account management solutions?

We provide a multiple account management solution free of charge with MetaTrader 4 MultiTerminal. This platform can really make a great difference to Money Managers looking after multiple trading accounts simultaneously. MetaTrader 4 MultiTerminal supports all basic functions of MetaTrader 4 Client Terminal, including system alerts and trading events, fast news, internal electronic mail and a multi-language interface.

Please note that Expert Advisors do not run on MetaTrader 4 MultiTerminal.
