    Do I or my company need to be regulated to become an Introducing Broker for Alpari (UK)?

    You may have to be regulated by your local financial authority in order to be eligible for our Partnership Programme. This is your responsibility to check this information before applying to become an IB.

    How can I collect my compensation for introducing business to Alpari (UK)?

    If your partnerships application is successful and you become a registered introducing broker with Alpari (UK), you will be allocated an Agent Account. The relevant compensation due to you will be paid in to this Agent Account in real-time.

    Are the funds in my Agent Account put into a segregated account?

    Yes. We’re authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and, like all FSA-regulated companies, we adhere to the strictest financial standards. Therefore we engage a policy of 100% segregation of all unused capital. Furthermore, all funds, whether company or client, are kept in the safest tier-1 and tier-2 banks such as Barclays Commercial and HSBC. Find out more.

    Who is responsible for collecting the clients’ documents and for opening the accounts?

    Your client is responsible for collecting the required documents for opening their Alpari (UK) account. However as the introducing Broker, you can choose to assist your clients by sending these documents on behalf of the client to Alpari (UK) for processing.

    Do I have live access to my clients’ accounts?

    No, only your clients will have live access to their accounts. You will be sent a weekly client report which contains a list of all your introduced clients and their account balances.

    How long does it take to open an Agent Account?

    It depends on how quickly you can provide us with the required supporting documents. On average the process takes a couple of days. Once the documents have been submitted, we should contact you within 24 hours. If you do not get any reply within 3 working days, please send an email to partnerships@alpari.co.uk to check if we have received your documents.
