In order to open a Live account please go to the "Open a Live account" page.
Sometimes spam programs may identify our emails as spam. It may help if you change the setting of your spam detection programs. You may try to complete the application form again indicating another email address. If for some reason you cannot complete the application form online, it is possible to download the application form in a .pdf format and complete it offline, which you can then print, sign and send to us via fax or post.
MetaTrader MultiTerminal allows you to manage multiple accounts. In MetaTrader only one account can be logged in at a time therefore it is not possible to manage several accounts simultaneously.
Yes, you can. If you already have a MetaTrader 4 account you can easily open a new MetaTrader account by going to a secure page to complete your request. Open additional MetaTrader 4 account.
To open an additional Alpari Direct Pro or Alpari Direct account please complete Additional account Request Form and send it to newaccount@alpari.co.uk.
No, we will not. You can have a functioning Live account with a zero account balance.
Yes, we do. Swap-free accounts incur no interest charges/payments but they do incur commission charges. If you want a swap-free account please open a standard account as explained on the account opening page and send a request to support@alpari.co.uk to change it over to swap-free status and to provide you details of the commissions.
Yes. It is possible to log in into your Live and/or trading accounts from any computer that has Alpari (UK)'s MetaTrader 4 platform downloaded. You can even be logged in from different computers simultaneously.
Please be careful with your logins and passwords. If you save your MetaTrader password on a particular PC anyone who has access to it will be able to trade on your account.
Classic accounts
If you have a 'Classic' account that is numbered between 1 – 299999, or 731200 and above, you need to connect to the 'Classic 2' server using one of the following IP addresses:

If you have a 'Classic' account that is numbered 300000 - 731199 you need to connect to the 'Classic 1' server using one of the following IP addresses:

Micro accounts
If you have 'Micro' account numbered 1 – 34999, or 850000 and above you need to connect to the 'Micro 1' server using one of the following IP addresses:

If you have 'Micro' account numbered 35000 – 849999 you need to connect to the 'Micro 2' Server using one of the following IP addresses:

Systematic accounts
Unlike MetaTrader 4, Systematic is web-based and therefore does not require any manual intervention for IP settings.

No. MetaTrader 5 will not replace the popular MetaTrader 4, but will be offered alongside it.
