Funds received by debit or credit card are normally credited within three hours of receipt.
Deposits made using your debit or credit card beyond the core business hours of 09:00–17.00 (UK time) may not be credited until the next working day.
Funds received during the day by a bank wire will be credited no later than the next business day, although we strive to credit as many as possible on the day of receipt.
No, we will not. You can have a functioning Live account with a zero account balance.
It depends on the country the money is sent to. Standard bank wire within the UK and EU takes three working days. bank wires to some countries take up to five working days.

In order to transfer funds between your MetaTrader account and Alpari Direct Pro or Alpari Direct, you would need to complete a transfer form, sign and send it to backoffice@alpari.co.uk or fax to +44 (0)20 7426 2864. We do not charge any commission for this service and if any currency conversion is required we will use a current spot rate.
bank wires
Alpari (UK) Limited does not charge anything for depositing and withdrawing funds. Your bank will charge you for carrying out a bank transfer (banks rates may vary).
Deposits, our bank Barclays will charge GBP6 for receiving payments and this will be deducted from the amount. (If Alpari are charged the fee for receiving your payment we will debit your account for the charge).
Alpari (UK) will absorb this fee for deposit amounts over USD3,000. For deposit amounts under USD3,000 the GBP6 will be deducted from the wire amount we receive into our account or be deducted from your account if the charge is passed onto Alpari. The narration for this fee on your MetaTrader or Alpari Pro account will read inward wire fee. Please note that Alpari daily conversion rates may vary.
Withdrawals, our bank Barclays will charge for some withdrawals, please refer to our Comparison table for full details.
Debit card payments
Alpari (UK) will not charge a fee for any transaction amount with a debit card.
Credit card payments
Alpari will pass on our bank charge of 1.75% for credit card transactions under USD3000 (or currency equivalent).
You need to complete our withdrawal form and send it to our back office department or fax to +44 (0)20 7426 2864. Your money will be transferred to the bank account that is registered with us. Please note if your withdrawal is sent after 15:00 we cannot guarantee your transaction will be processed on the same day.
Yes, you can. However at the moment of payment, your free margin must exceed the amount specified in the withdrawal instruction including all payment charges. Free margin is calculated as equity less necessary margin (required to maintain an open position).
If you do not have sufficient free margin in your trading account we will not carry out the withdrawal request until you submit a corrected withdrawal form and/or close the open positions in your account.
You can deposit money with us in USD, EUR, GBP, CHF or JPY. If you have an account in USD but transfer funding in EUR, the Euros you have sent us will be converted into US Dollars by Alpari (UK) at the prevailing inter-bank price at the time. It is possible to have trading accounts in USD, GBP, EUR, CHF or JPY.
