If I don't want my Demo accounts to expire, what should I do?
Your MT4 Demo accounts will remain open indefinitely, unless there isn't any trading activity for a period of 30 days. In that case your Demo accounts will be automatically deleted by our server.

I did not receive my login and password details when opening a Demo account. What should I do?
The login and password are sent to the email address provided on the Demo accounts opening form. If you do not receive the email right after the Demo accounts registration, please wait for an hour or so. You may also need to check your spam (junk) folder. What are the IP addresses for Demo accounts?
When you launch the client terminal, it connects to our server loading a list of IP addresses. If you indicate an IP address, not a symbol-type server name when you log in for the first time, the next time you launch MetaTrader 4 the application automatically loads the names of available trading servers. The IP address you previously typed in will be changed to the symbol type name of the server ('Alpari UK - Demo').
Should one of the servers become unavailable, the client terminal will automatically switch to the next available server.

Do I have to supply genuine contact details ? I don't want to receive any spam.
If you supply inaccurate information then your accounts may be deleted.
Alpari will never disclose your contact details to any third parties, but will use your details to let you know of any important changes that may affect your accounts.

The spreads vary depending on the Demo account type.

You have launched MetaTrader 5 demo. Does this mean that MetaTrader 5 will replace MetaTrader 4 in the future?
No. MetaTrader 5 will not replace the popular MetaTrader 4, but will be offered alongside it.
