How to Withdraw Funds?

UK and International Clients

Withdrawals

Withdrawn funds may only be transferred to your bank account. We will not make transfers to third parties.

In order to withdraw funds, please fill in the Withdrawal Form and send it to our Back Office Department.

Please note: if your withdrawal request is sent after 3pm we cannot guarantee your transaction will be processed on the same day. For all Sterling payments within the UK, we need to receive your withdrawal request by 12pm GMT to guarantee same day processing. Withdrawal requests received after this time will be processed on a best endeavor basis.

Bank Charges

For withdrawals in US dollars to a non US bank, bank’s fees are equivalent to £18.

3 day payment within the UK is free of charge. All the charges are specified in the withdrawal form.

Please note: if you are withdrawing funds from outside the UK, the transfer will usually take 3-5 working days before appearing in your bank account.
