Several days ago we started posting daily Elliott Wave Analysis on our forum.
Elliott Wave Analysis is based on the idea that upward and downward swings of the mass psychology always showed up in the same repetitive patterns, which were then divided into patterns he termed "waves".
Elliott was able to make detailed market predictions based on the patterns he identified. As in the markets “every action creates an equal and opposite reaction” each price movement is followed by a contrary movement. Elliott divided these markets movements into "impulsive waves" and "corrective waves". To use the theory in everyday trading you need to define the main wave, or supercycle, buy, then sell when the pattern is about to reverse.
