Official Expiry
- Light Sweet Crude (WTI): trading shall cease at the close of business on the 4th US business day prior to the 25th calendar day of the month preceding the contract month. If the 25th calendar day of the month is not a US business day the Final Trade Day shall be the Trading Day which is the fourth US; business day prior to the last US business day preceding the 25th calendar day of the month preceding the contract month;
- Brent Crude Oil: trading terminates on the either the 15th day before the first day of the contract month, if such 15th day is a Business Day (ii) If such 15th day is not a Business Day the next preceding Business Day;
- Gas Oil: trading shall cease at 12:00 hours, 2 business days prior to the 14th calendar day of the delivery.
If your positions remain open two days before the official expiry date, Alpari UK will close them at the official settlement price.
