CFDs are available on a Classic account. If you have a Micro account and want to trade CFDs you need to complete our additional account request form to open a Classic account. Once it has been opened, you will be able to see CFDs instruments in your Market Watch window. If you have a Classic account and would like to trade CFDs, then you must complete the CFD Opt-in questionnaire to enable the CFD trading on your account (if you have not completed the questionnaire, you will be able to see the instruments but not trade: "Trade is disabled" message will appear).

If you hold a Classic account you will be able trade CFDs from your existing account. All you have to do is opt in for CFD trading.
Trading CFDs is not possible on a Micro account. If you have a Micro account and would like to trade CFDs then you will need to complete the additional account request form and send it by email to newaccount@alpari.co.uk.
If you are an existing Classic account holder and have opted in to have CFDs enabled on your account you will be able to use the funds already on your account to trade CFDs.
